Once reviewed, please print, complete, and sign the official agreement and return it according to the instructions provided in your approval email.

Purchase Terms

Deposit, Payment & Pickup

Deposits placed to reserve a puppy are non-refundable unless One Love Frenchies determines the placement is no longer appropriate. Remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or transportation.

Puppies are released at approximately eight weeks of age after a veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, and routine deworming.

Transportation arrangements, when needed, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Care Expectations

• Provide routine veterinary care and annual wellness examinations.
• Maintain proper nutrition, fresh water, grooming, and parasite prevention.
• Provide a clean, safe, temperature-controlled home environment.
• Never allow the puppy to roam freely without proper supervision or secure fencing.
• Use positive reinforcement, structure, and socialization as the puppy matures.
• Keep the puppy protected from neglect, unsafe conditions, and preventable harm.

Health Guarantee

One Year Congenital Health Guarantee

One Love Frenchies guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of placement. To validate the health guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the required timeframe stated in the official agreement.

The agreement includes limited protection for severe, life-altering congenital conditions during the first year of life. Full timelines, documentation requirements, exclusions, and replacement terms are detailed in the official PDF agreement.

Veterinary expenses after placement are the responsibility of the buyer.

Breed Disclosure

French Bulldog Considerations

French Bulldogs are a companion breed with unique care needs and breed-specific considerations. Common non-life-threatening concerns may include allergies, skin irritation, respiratory sensitivity, cherry eye, loose hips or knees, gastrointestinal upset, stress-related illness, or other conditions commonly associated with the breed.

These conditions can occur even with responsible breeding and are not automatically covered under a breeder health guarantee. Families are encouraged to maintain routine veterinary care and consider pet insurance for added peace of mind.

Placement Policy

Return-to-Breeder Commitment

One Love Frenchies is committed to the lifelong wellbeing of every puppy placed. If a buyer is ever unable to continue caring for their dog, the puppy or adult dog must be returned to One Love Frenchies unless otherwise approved in writing.

A One Love puppy may not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or third party without written approval. This policy helps protect the dog and ensures lifelong placement support.
